This case because of the rain expected to continue throughout the month of November which cause flooding to occur in the following states Kedah, Perlis, Kelantan and Terengganu.

KEDAH is the most ancient state in Malaysia. the country's main rice producer, it occupies an area of 9425 sq km in the north of peninsula and boarders Thailand
