Refer to this report from MINISTRY OF SERVICE TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION. Kedah people must be ready to face possibility of flooding in the near future. This case because of the rain expected to continue throughout the month of November which cause flooding to occur in the following states Kedah, Perlis, Kelantan and Terengganu.
